    Had been looking for a straw to pull the trigger on and they were either all sold out or way out of my price point until I saw a Billy’s ad on Instagram and absolutely fell in love with the quality and shaping of their hats. After being slow on the draw on several options, many sold out but with better luck because I saw this hat on the website and knew it was the one. Billy’s customer service helped me out after the brim size I wanted sold out and gave me other options to still get the straw of my dreams. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
