His lapels are hand cut 14 karat rose gold fill and his six-shooter and martini glass are in 14 karat yellow gold fill. The piece is accented with small antiqued dice cut in half and mounted in a sterling bezel, and the engraved scroll work wraps around the band. Available in sizes 9-12
