Great service. I received an email to verify the shipping address was in fact different from my billing address and not entered by mistake. I called and spoke to a “live” person, (actually 2) immediately. I verified the shipping address, and my son received the boots within two days! On Christmas Eve! He loves his boots and they fit perfectly. I really appreciate the personal service and outstanding customer support!
