    Fist time to ever purchase a pair of boots on line. I do have to admit, the whole process was refreshing. From the get go, the customer service was amazing and the fit was exactly as they described.
    I have shopped with this company for years before website were even the thing. I moved out of state and was in the market for a quality boot. Reached out to them and they were respectful, patient and answered my each and every question.
    Boots were just a little tight and they let me ship them back, they stretched them and shipped them right back. They now fit perfectly and fit exactly like my custom boots that I had made back in the early 1980's.
